Medewerkers passen eerstelijns onderhoud toe, voeren inspecties uit en zorgen voor een veilige en schone werkomgeving. De cultuur is praktisch en hands-on, met ruimte voor vakontwikkeling en opleidingen gericht op technisch geschoolde medewerkers. Functie-inhoud - Monitoren van machines en procesinstallaties en bijsturen via computersystemen. - Uitvoeren van eerstelijns mechanisch onderhoud en oplossen van storingen. - Verrichten van inspectierondes en kwaliteitscontroles met meet- en procesapparatuur. - Verzorgen van grondstofinname, mengen, persen en het verladen van het eindproduct. - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheids- en netheidsvoorschriften en rapportage van afwijkingen. - Stellen en aanpassen van productierecepten en procesparameters via PLC- en SCADA-systemen. - Uitvoeren van eerstelijns storingsanalyse en onderhoud, waaronder smeren, schoonmaken en afstellen van apparatuur. - Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen en bijdragen aan projectteams om uitval, afval en energieverbruik te verminderen. - De-escaleren en rapporteren van complexe technische problemen aan Technical Servic.

- MBO in Werktuigbouwkunde, Procestechniek of vergelijkbaar. - 1-3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de maakindustrie of procesindustrie. - Ervaring met mechanische storingen en eerstelijns onderhoud. - Affiniteit met persmachines, mengen en procesinstallaties en vaardigheid met computersystemen. - Hands-on mentaliteit, fysiek fit en probleemoplossend vermogen. - Bereidheid om in een drieploegendienst te werken. - VAPRO A, B of C-certificering is een pré.
