Ben jij een ervaren operator die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Vind je het leuk om met machines te werken, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor het productieproces én fysiek bezig te zijn? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht team binnen een praktische productieomgeving. Je werkt met moderne machines en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat het productieproces soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Wat ga je doen? Als Allround Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en controleren van verschillende productiemachines. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Je start productiemachines op, programmeert deze en stelt ze bij wanneer dat nodig is; Je houdt het productieproces goed in de gaten en zorgt dat de planning wordt gevolgd; Je werkt nauw samen met collega's die de machines en grondstoffen bedienen; Je signaleert kleine storingen en probeert deze zelfstandig op te lossen; Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces; Je vult zakken en bigbags met het eindproduct; Je laadt vrachtwagens en containers met het geproduceerde eindproduct; Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens het productieproces. Het maken en verplaatsen van bigbags is fysiek werk. Een goede conditie en een actieve werkhouding zijn daarom belangrijk. Werktijden De werktijden verschillen per periode: Rustige maanden: Dagdienst van 08:00 tot 17:00 uur. Piekmaanden (februari t/m september): Verschoven dagdiensten van 05:00 tot 13:30 uur of Verschoven dagdiensten van 09:00 tot 17:30 uur. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen deze werktijden. Wat kun jij? Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren en communicatief vaardige operator. Jij: Hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring als operator; Spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands; Hebt affiniteit met machines en geautomatiseerde productieprocessen; Bent technisch ingesteld en kunt kleine storingen zelfstandig signaleren en oplossen; Bent communicatief vaardig en kunt goed samenwerken me

collega's; Bent zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en weet het overzicht te bewaren; Bent flexibel inzetbaar tijdens de verschillende werktijden; Bent fysiek fit en vindt het geen probleem om actief bezig te zijn; Hebt een geldig heftruckcertificaat of bent bereid dit te behalen; Woont op maximaal 30 minuten reistijd van de werklocatie. Wat krijg je? Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.608,26 en €3.894,02 op basis van 40 uur per week, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; 24 vakantiedagen; 3,5 ATV-dagen; Eventuele extra _eeftijdsdagen; Een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer; Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen; Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie; Leuke personeelsactiviteiten en -feesten; Een afwisselende en verantwoordelijke functie binnen een praktische productieomgeving. Je gaat werken bij een stabiele en groeiende organisatie die zich richt op de productie van substraten en bodembedekkingsproducten. Het bedrijf heeft meerdere locaties in Nederland en heeft een lange geschiedenis binnen de sector. Binnen de organisatie staat samenwerking centraal. Er wordt gewerkt in een nuchtere en informele omgeving met korte communicatielijnen. Medewerkers krijgen de ruimte om zich te ontwikkelen en mee te denken over verbeteringen binnen de organisatie. Voor deze functie werk je op een productielocatie in Noord-Brabant, waar producten worden gemaakt die worden geleverd aan professionele klanten binnen de sector.
