In de industrie van Moerdijk draait het om efficiëntie en veiligheid. Als Allround Operator in de 5-ploegendienst ben jij een essentieel onderdeel van het productieproces. Je bedient en bewaakt de productielijnen, stelt machines in en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit. Samen met je ploeg zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je registreert productiegegevens en rapporteert afwijkingen zodat het team snel kan bijsturen. Daarnaast voer je preventief onderhoud uit, ondersteun je bij storingsanalyses en help je bij technische aanpassingen. Jouw bijdrage aan verbeterprojecten verhoogt de procesprestaties en productkwaliteit. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen en bewaken van productielijnen - Instellen van machines en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles - Registreren van productiegegevens en rapporteren van afwijkingen - Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en ondersteunen bij storingsanalyses - Bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten voor procesprestaties en productkwaliteit Functie-eisen - Ervaring als procesoperator in een vergelijkbare omgeving - In bezit van relevante VAPRO- of procesoperator certificaten - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken Wij bieden - Marktconform salaris met ploegentoeslag - Mogelijkheden voor verdere opleiding en ontwikkeling - Een veilig en collegiaal werkklimaat - Uitgebreide secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden
