The posting

Als Allround Operator in de specialiteitenfabriek in Puttershoek ben jij degene die het productieproces draaiende houdt, ook tijdens drukke momenten. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst met moderne installaties en bent dagelijks bezig met het bereiden, bewerken en verpakken van suikerspecialiteiten volgens vaste recepten. Naast het bewaken van kwaliteit en procesverloop neem je storingen weg, voer je autonoom onderhoud uit en coach je collega’s. Je krijgt ruimte om verbeteringen door te voeren en draagt actief bij aan TPM-initatieven. Duurzaamheid en innovatie spelen een rol: de locatie werkt met veel groene energie en richt zich op digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie. Deze functie geeft je verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling en kansen om door te groeien binnen een toekomstgerichte productieomgeving. Functie-inhoud - Bereiden, bewerken en verpakken van suikerspecialiteiten volgens receptuur en kwaliteitseisen binnen jouw ploeg tijdens de 5-ploegendienst. - Bewaken van het procesverloop, uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en direct bijsturen om productielijnen soepel te laten draaien. - Verhelpen van storingen, uitvoeren van autonoom onderhoud en bijdragen aan TPM-activiteiten om uitval te beperken. - Coördineren en aansturen van taken binnen je ploeg, collega's instrueren en de teamleider vervangen bij afwezigheid.

Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau in (proces)techniek of aantoonbaar vergelijkbare ervaring in productieomgevingen. - Je toont initiatief, werkt veilig, levert kwaliteitsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid binnen een team en in ploegendiensten. - Ervaring met coördineren en aansturen in een productielijn is gewenst; je neemt collega’s mee in verbeteringen. - Bekendheid met TPM is een pre of je staat open om deze methodiek te leren en actief toe te passen.

Wij bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.800 en €4.500 op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring en verantwoordelijkheden. - 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld
