Meer dan 95% van de grondstoffen die we gebruiken is afkomstig van gerecycled plastic en onze productie draait op 100% eigen windenergie. Ons familiebedrijf is al jaren voorloper op het gebied van duurzaamheid en innovaties in het bloempotten segment. We zijn er dan ook trots op dat elho B Corp gecertificeerd is en het TÜV keurmerk heeft voor gebruik van meer dan 97% gerecycled plastic. Als allround operator coördineer je de efficiënte productie van kwalitatief goede producten met onze spuitgietmachines en werk je nauw samen met je ploeggenoten om de processen te optimaliseren. Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan voorop in jouw werkzaamheden. Functie-inhoud - Werken in 5 ploegendienst; 06:30 – 15:00 uur, 14:30 – 23:00 uur en 22:30 tot 07:00 uur; - Focus op veilig werken; - Zorgen voor productie van kwalitatief uitstekende producten conform specificaties; - Verzorgen van goede overdracht naar de volgende ploeg, vastleggen van productieproblemen, -afwijkingen & status; - Bij kwaliteitsissues samen met de teamleader en belt side operator beslissen tot doordraaien, stoppen of aanpassen parameters; - Ombouwen, matrijswissels en omkleuren van spuitgietmachines, van voorbereiding tot aan vrijgave voor productie, binnen normtijden; Functie-eisen - MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal Spuitgieten 1, spuitgieten 2 is een pre; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal en conform elho normen en waarden; - Ervaring met ombouwen en troubleshooting van spuitgietmachines; - BHV, heftruck- en reachtruck certificaat is een pré; Wij bieden - Marktconform salaris; - Toeslagen voor ploegendienst; - Opleidingsmogelijkheden; - Een collegiale en ve.
