Functie-inhoud - Uitvoeren en bewaken van het volledige productieproces als Allround Operator 5 Ploegen - Bedienen van productiemachines en nauwkeurig registreren van productiegegevens - Aanvoeren en controleren van grondstoffen en productielijnen - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en nemen van productmonsters - Oplossen van eerstelijnsstoringen en melden van technische afwijkingen - Handhaven van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgen voor een opgeruimde werkplek Functie-eisen - Minimaal MBO niveau 2 - 1-3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in de food-sector - Ervaring met bedienen van productielijnen en productieprocessen - Kennis van hygiënerichtlijnen en veiligheidsvoorschriften - Vermogen om kleine storingen te verhelpen en eerstelijns onderhoud uit te voeren - Nauwkeurigheid bij kwaliteitscontroles en sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4500 p/m - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar - Ploegentoeslag voor het 5-ploegenstelsel - Mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke groei en opleidingen, inclusief VAPRO en Operator B/C trajecten - Opleidingsbudget €1.000 per jaar, vrij besteedbaar voor interne en externe trainingen - Reiskostenvergoeding v.
