In Oosterwolde werken gedisciplineerde teams met moderne verpakkingslijnen, waarbij kwaliteit en veiligheid voorop staan. Je speelt een centrale rol in het verbeteren van productie-efficiëntie en het waarborgen van productveiligheid. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4000 per maand, met arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de geldende cao, inclusief ploegendiensten en toeslagen. Werken in Oosterwolde betekent deel uitmaken van een omgeving waar hygiëne, kwaliteit en samenwerking cruciaal zijn. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient efficiënt verpakkingslijnen en waarborgt productkwaliteit. - Je stelt lijnen in voor runs en sluit lijnen af. - Je begeleidt en stuurt medewerkers aan je lijn aan en zorgt voor een soepel verloop van de productie. - Je verhelpt en analyseert storingen en schakelt de Technische Dienst in wanneer nodig. - Je voert continue kwaliteits- en hygiënecontroles uit en registreert resultaten conform procedure. - Je draait mee als inpakker en bakvuller en roteert op meerdere werkplekken binnen de productie. - Je bent technisch verantwoordelijk voor een volledige productielijn en voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit zoals smeren, afstellen en reinigen. - Je monitort procesparameters en stelt recepten en parameters in via PLC-gestuurde besturingen om productiekwaliteit te borgen. - Je neemt monsters voor visuele en meetcontroles en meldt afwijkingen volgens HACCP-richtlijnen en interne procedures. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau (3/4) of vergelijkbare mbo-opleiding. - Minimaal 0-2 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de levensmiddelenbranche. - Technische kennis en handigheid, verkregen door opleiding of praktijkervaring. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent proactief en kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen. - Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegendienst in.
