In onze brouwerij in Den Bosch zijn we op zoek naar een Allround Operator voor onze productielijn. In deze rol krijg je de kans om jouw technische vaardigheden in te zetten en samen met een team bij te dragen aan een soepel verlopend productieproces. Wil je meer weten? Wat ga je doen als Allround Operator? Als Allround Operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het controleren en bijsturen van de machines binnen een specifiek werkgebied op de productielijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt en dat de gestelde kwaliteits- en kwantiteitsdoelen worden gehaald. Je werkt volgens de TPM-Methode (Total Productive Maintenance) om processen te optimaliseren en neemt actief deel aan verbeterteams om systemen en procedures te verbeteren. Werktijden: Je werkt in een 4.5-ploegendienst met de volgende diensten: Ochtend: 06:45 - 14:45 uur Avond: 15:00 - 23:00 uur Nacht: 23:00 - 07:00 uur Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Bedienen en optimaliseren van machines binnen jouw toegewezen werkgebied. - Monitoren van de processen en bijsturen waar nodig om te voldoen aan kwaliteitsnormen. - Proactief doen van verbetervoorstellen en deelnemen aan verbeterteams. - Waarborgen van een efficiënte en veilige werking van de productielijn. Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat? - Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving of een vergelijkbare technische functie. - Je beschikt over een MBO-2 diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting. - Je hebt technische en technologische kennis van productie-installaties en procesbeheersing. - Je kunt rustig en oplossingsgericht handelen in stressvolle situaties. - Je draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van werkprocessen en procedures. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in spreken als schrijven.
