Jij draagt bij aan efficiënte productieprocessen, onderhoudt machines en registreert procescontroles om de veiligheid en kwaliteit van eindproducten te garanderen. De werkomgeving is gestructureerd en gericht op betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit van productieactiviteiten. Er is aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen productieafdelingen. Functie-inhoud - Ondersteunen van productieprocessen en waarborgen van productkwaliteit als Allround Operator. - Bedienen en bewaken van productiemachines en processen om productievoortgang te garanderen. - Uitvoeren en vastleggen van procescontroles volgens voorgeschreven methodes en frequenties. - Naleven van voedselveiligheidseisen en kwaliteitsprocedures en toepassen van werkinstructies. - Opruimen, schoonhouden en zorgen voor een veilige en ordelijke werkplek. - Schakelen tussen afdelingen en ondersteunen van een soepel productieproces. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- of denkniveau, bij voorkeur diploma Procesoperator of vergelijkbaar. - Aantoonbare werkervaring in de food-sector of productieomgeving. - Kennis van en ervaring met voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitsprocedures. - Nauwkeurig werken en resultaatgerichtheid bij procesuitvoering en documentatie. - Bereidheid om in drieploegen te werken inclusief nachten en weekenden. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en voldoende kennis van Engels. - Vaardigheid in het volgen en opstellen van werkinstructies en procesbeschrijvingen. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4500 per maand. - Vakantiedagen conform CAO en opbouw volgens dienstverband. - Ploegendiensttoeslag bij werken in drieploeg.
