De rol van Allround Operator omvat taken zoals het aansturen van lijnen, het uitvoeren van omstellingen en het bedienen van productiemachines, altijd met het oog op voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitsborging. Medewerkers krijgen de mogelijkheid om technische vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen de productieomgeving. Functie-inhoud - Je laat de conservenlijn soepel draaien. - Je coördineert de aanvoer van grondstoffen en controleert de juiste machine-instellingen. - Je verhelpt storingen en stelt de lijn snel en efficiënt om voor nieuwe productieorders. - Je bedient en ondersteunt apparatuur en stelt in op kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid. - Je werkt samen met collega’s en geeft waar nodig aansturing om een hoogwaardig eindproduct te realiseren. - Je bewaakt procestechnische parameters, stelt recepten en instellingen in op bedienpanelen/PLC en voert first-line storingsanalyse uit met escalatie naar technische dienst of ploegleider bij complexere storingen. - Je neemt steekproeven en voert visuele controles en temperatuurmetingen uit binnen HACCP-richtlijnen en meldt afwijkingen volgens vastgestelde procedures. Functie-eisen - MBO Level 3 diploma, bij voorkeur in Voedseltechnologie of Procestechniek. - 3-5 jaar ervaring als operator in de food-sector of procesindustrie. - Aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid en kennis van hygiëneprocedures. - Betrouwbare medewerker met betrokkenheid bij het productieproces. - Bereidheid om tijdens het oogstseizoen in een tweeploegendienst te werken. - Technisc.
