Deze organisatie is een moderne speler in de food-sector die lokale en regionale agrarische klanten bedient. De organisatie richt zich op de verwerking van grondstoffen en de productie van veevoeders met geautomatiseerde processen. In de productieomgeving ligt de nadruk op nauwkeurigheid en procesbeheersing. Jij bent direct betrokken bij het leveren van kwalitatieve producten voor de landbouwsector. Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst en moet technisch inzicht hebben, veilig werken en goed samenwerken. Je bedient geautomatiseerde installaties en voert routinematige processtappen uit zoals doseren, malen, mengen en persen van grondstoffen. Er is aandacht voor scholing, begeleiding en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de productieomgeving, met een pensioenregeling conform CAO en een reiskostenvergoeding. In deze organisatie staat veiligheid voorop, met het volgen van vastgestelde procedures om de kwaliteit van het eindproduct te waarborgen. Functie-inhoud - Je voert en bewaakt productieprocessen; - Je ontvangt, doseert, maalt, wals, mengt en perst grondstoffen en veevoeders; - Je bedient en bewaakt geautomatiseerde productiesystemen en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit; - Je voert productiewerkzaamheden uit volgens procedures en waarborgt hygiëne en veiligheid in de productieomgeving; - Je signaleert afwijkingen, rapporteert deze aan de ploegleider en draagt bij aan continue verbeteringen; - Je ondersteunt bij logistieke taken binnen de productie.

Functie-eisen - MBO 3 of MBO 4 opleiding, gericht op Techniek, Procesindustrie of Maalderij; - Enige ervaring als operator of in een vergelijkbare productiefunctie is een pré; - Ervaring met Windows, Word en Excel en basis digitale vaardigheden; - Flexibele instelling en bereidheid om in tweeploegendienst te werken; - Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook goed in teamverband functioneren; - Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en nauwkeurige werkhouding;
