Je werkt in dagdienst met een werkweek van 39,5 uur en er is de mogelijkheid tot uitbreiding naar een 2-ploegensysteem. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4500 per maand en er zijn goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals 24 vakantiedagen, 3 ADV-dagen en een jaarbonus bij een ziektevrij jaar. Functie-inhoud - Je leert en bedient procesinstallaties en productielijnen. - Je mengt producten zelfstandig, stelt afvullijnen in en bedient verpakkings- en etiketteermachines. - Je controleert producten op kwaliteit en legt resultaten nauwkeurig vast. - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor één of meerdere productielijnen na afronding van de inwerkperiode. - Je signaleert verbeteringen en draagt bij aan veilige en efficiënte werkprocessen. - Je monitort processen en stelt parameters in en bij om productkwaliteit en doorvoer te borgen. - Je voert eerstelijns foutanalyse en kleine reparaties uit en escaleert bij complexere storingen naar technische dienst of supervisor. - Je werkt met geautomatiseerde besturingen en stelt recepten en procesparameters in via PLC/SCADA systemen. - Je bedient en controleert menginstallaties, pompen, transportbanden, vulmachines en etiketteermachines. - Je voert visuele controles, weegcontroles en monstername uit en documenteert bevindingen volgens HACCP/GMP-richtlijnen. Functie-eisen - MBO-niveau 3 in een technische richting (bijv. Elektrotechniek) of gelijkwaardige ervaring op MBO-niveau 3. - Heftruckcertificaat of bereidheid dit te behalen. - Enkele jaren ervaring..
