Medewerkers krijgen ondersteuning bij technische ontwikkeling en kunnen deelnemen aan opleidingen en trainingen. De werkomgeving is gericht op samenwerken, nauwkeurigheid en het minimaliseren van uitval en afval door verbeterprojecten. Praktische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen worden gewaardeerd, evenals een nauwkeurige werkhouding en aandacht voor veiligheidsprocedures. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4500 per maand en er zijn secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een pensioenregeling en een reiskostenvergoeding. Functie-inhoud - Uitvoeren van dagelijkse productietaken en het bewaken van productieprocessen - Bedienen en instellen van productiemachines en installaties om productievoorschriften te halen - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en rapporteren van afwijkingen - Monitoren en bijsturen van procesparameters om continuïteit en kwaliteit te waarborgen - Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud en eenvoudige storingsdiagnose aan machines - Samenwerken met collega’s om productie- en veiligheidsdoelstellingen te behalen en bij te dragen aan verbeterprojecten

Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als operator of in een productieomgeving - Ervaring met bedienen en instellen van productiemachines - Bekend met kwaliteitscontroles en procesbewaking - Basisvaardigheden in mechanisch onderhoud en storingsdiagnose
