Functieomschrijving Als Allround Procesoperator ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het soepel, veilig en efficiënt laten draaien van het complete productieproces: - Bedienen, instellen en nauwgezet controleren van geavanceerde machinelijnen en installaties. - Zelfstandig verrichten van eerstelijns preventief onderhoud en het snel signaleren én verhelpen van technische storingen. - Nauw samenwerken met de Technische Dienst aan het continu optimaliseren van het machinepark. - Proactief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en doortastend handelen bij procesafwijkingen. - Bewaken van de strengste normen op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en procescontinuïteit. - Zorgvuldig registreren van productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens binnen de geldende systemen. - Actief bijdragen aan een schone, opgeruimde en veilige werkomgeving volgens de 5S-standaarden. Functievereisten Voor deze veelzijdige rol zoeken we een oplossingsgerichte teamspeler met een praktische en nuchtere werkinstelling: - Een afgeronde mbo-3 opleiding richting (proces)techniek of een Operator B-diploma. - Relevante ervaring als operator is een pre, maar ook gedreven starters met de juiste technische basis worden van harte uitgenodigd. - Sterke ambitie om jezelf continu te ontwikk...
