Zoek je een afwisselende functie waar je écht je handen uit de mouwen kunt steken en onderdeel bent van een hecht team? Voor een productiebedrijf in Waddinxveen zoeken wij gemotiveerde Allround Operators die houden van aanpakken en kwaliteit. Functieomschrijving In deze allround functie werk je binnen een kleinschalige, collegiale productieomgeving. Je werkt veel handmatig en hebt een scherp oog voor detail. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Ombouwen en instellen van machines. - Mengen van ingrediënten volgens receptuur, inclusief controleren van o.a. vochtgehaltes. - Verpakken en afvullen van producten met afzakmachines. - Dagelijkse, intensieve reiniging van de machines (ca. 1,5 uur per dag). - Tillen van zakken tot 25 kg. - Het oplossen van kleine storingen; voor grote storingen kun je rekenen op de technische dienst. Functie eisen Je brengt ervaring mee uit de foodsector en vindt het belangrijk om binnen strikte kwaliteitsrichtlijnen te werken. Wat we van jou vragen: - Aantoonbare werkervaring in de foodsector (vereist), inclusief HACCP-kennis. - Mechanisch inzicht en affiniteit met handmatige processen. - Allround inzetbaarheid of bereidheid om zowel proces- als mechanische taken te leren. - Goede beheersing van de Engelse of Nederlands taal. - Flexibiliteit in werktijden: momenteel dagdienst, maar in de toekomst 2-ploegendienst. - Een echte teamspeler die past binnen een hecht, informeel team. - Affiniteit met een werkomgeving waar verjonging welkom is.
