Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt inpakmachines in en optimaliseert instellingen om productie-output te behalen; - Je bewaakt procesparameters en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om productkwaliteit te garanderen; - Je lost kleine storingen op en voert preventief en eerste lijns onderhoud uit aan verpakkingslijnen; - Je registreert afwijkingen, rapporteert verbeteringen en ondersteunt bij procesoptimalisaties en kleine verbeterprojecten; - Je werkt volgens hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften en draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkvloer; - Je werkt met PLC-gebaseerde besturingen en HMI-interfaces en stelt recepten en parameters in voor verpakkingslijnen; - Je bent technisch verantwoordelijk voor een complete verpakkingslijn tijdens je shift en voert eerste lijns analyses uit, bij grotere storingen schakel je de technische dienst of de shiftleider in; Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare vakopleiding; - Ervaring in de maakindustrie of productieomgeving is een pré, junior niveau wordt verwelkomd; - Technisch inzicht en vermogen om instellingen van machines aan te passen; - Kennis van en werken volgens hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoo.
