Allround Operator Nabewerking (Snijden & Stansen) - 38 - Oudenbosch Word jij onze nieuwe afwerkingsspecialist binnen ons productieteam? Door onze groei en de uitbreiding van onze productiecapaciteit zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega binnen ons productieteam. Als Allround Operator Nabewerking ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijk onderdeel van ons productieproces. Je werkt met onder andere een Polar snijmachine en een stansdegelmachine en zorgt ervoor dat onze producten nauwkeurig worden verwerkt en voldoen aan de hoge kwaliteitseisen van onze klanten. Daarnaast houd jij je bezig met diverse nabewerkingen zoals slitten, rondhoeken, controleren en verpakken van producten. Samen met jouw collega's zorg je ervoor dat onze industriële printoplossingen op tijd en volgens afspraak worden geproduceerd. Jouw rol Als Allround Operator Nabewerking ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen onze productie. Je werkt zelfstandig aan verschillende opdrachten en zorgt ervoor dat het eindproduct voldoet aan de gestelde eisen. Wat ga je doen? - Bedienen van een Polar snijmachine en stansdegelmachine; - Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige snij- en stanswerkzaamheden volgens productieorders; - Slitten, rondhoeken en uitvoeren van overige nabewerkingen; - Controleren van producten op kwaliteit, maatvoering en afwerking; - Verpakken en gereedmaken van producten voor verzending; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en aandragen van verbeteringen binnen het productieproces; - Zelfstandig oplossen van kleine problemen en eerst onderzoeken waar een storing of afwijking vandaan komt; - Zorgen voor een nette, georganiseerde en efficiënte werkplek.
