De bedrijfsvoering richt zich op continue verbetering van processen en efficiëntie met teamgebaseerde initiatieven en praktische verbeterprojecten. Werken in deze productieomgeving vraagt nauwkeurigheid, discipline en een hands-on mentaliteit van medewerkers die meerdere lijnen kunnen bedienen. Je werkt in vaste ploegendiensten en hebt mogelijkheden om technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen via interne opleidingen en begeleiding. De organisatie stimuleert je om door te groeien en biedt competitieve arbeidsvoorwaarden met een salarisrange van €2600 - €4000 per maand. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en start verpakkingsmachines en voert dagelijkse controles uit om productkwaliteit te waarborgen; - Je werkt mee aan omstellingen en opstarts van verschillende lijnen om productiecontinuïteit te garanderen; - Je signaleert storingen en voert basisstoringsanalyse en eenvoudige reparaties uit om de lijn snel weer operationeel te krijgen; - Je neemt deel aan werkgroepen voor productieverbetering en voert voorgestelde verbeteringen uit; - Je werkt onder leiding van de Shiftleader en draagt bij aan een veilige en efficiënte werkvloer; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor één complete verpakkingslijn en voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit zoals reinigen, smeren en het aanpassen van receptinstellingen op het bedienpaneel met escalatie naar Technical Service bij complexere storingen; Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding niveau 3 of VAPRO-A of aantoonbaar door ervaring verkregen gel.
