Ben jij technisch aangelegd en houd je graag overzicht? Dan is deze functie als Allround Procesoperator iets voor jou. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en controleren van het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen op de juiste manier worden verwerkt en dat de kwaliteit van het eindproduct voldoet aan de gestelde eisen. Je voert controles uit, neemt monsters en grijpt in als het proces moet worden bijgestuurd. Bij storingen zoek je naar de oorzaak en probeer je deze op te lossen. Bij grotere technische problemen schakel je de technische dienst in. Daarnaast werk je volgens de geldende hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorg je ervoor dat installaties schoon en gereinigd blijven. Ook help je collega's en nieuwe medewerkers om hun werkzaamheden goed uit te voeren. Aan het einde van je dienst draag je je werkzaamheden zorgvuldig over aan de volgende operator. Wat ga je doen? - Bewaken en bijsturen van het productieproces. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het nemen van monsters. - Signaleren en oplossen van eenvoudige storingen. - Samenwerken met de technische dienst bij grotere storingen. - Reinigen en desinfecteren van installaties. - Begeleiden van collega's en operators in opleiding. - Zorgen voor een goede overdracht naar de volgende dienst.

Wie ben je? - Een afgeronde technische opleiding, zoals VAPRO, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. Of de bereidheid om deze te behalen. - Ervaring als operator binnen een productie- of procesomgeving. - Kennis van en aandacht voor hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en kunt goed samenwerken. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Een BHV-certificaat
