In Amsterdam werken kleine en hechte teams in een schone en veilige fabrieksomgeving waar jij verantwoordelijk bent voor bediening, bewaking en onderhoud van procesinstallaties. De organisatie richt zich op efficiënte en duurzame verwerking binnen de procesindustrie en besteedt veel aandacht aan veilige werkwijzen en kwaliteitsborging. Jij volgt een gestructureerd inwerkprogramma en regelmatige trainingen op het gebied van procestechnologie en veiligheidsprocedures om vakbekwaamheid te waarborgen. Er is ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroei naar technisch meer gespecialiseerde functies binnen de productieomgeving. Functie-inhoud - Jij bedient en bewaakt het continue productieproces. - Jij stuurt het proces bij via de procescomputer en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om productkwaliteit te waarborgen. - Jij voert routineonderhoud en kleine reparaties aan machines en installaties uit. - Jij analyseert storingen en voert direct corrigerende acties uit. - Jij registreert productiegegevens nauwkeurig en rapporteert afwijkingen aan de technische dienst. - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor een complete productielijn en voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit zoals smeren, schoonmaken en afstellingen. Functie-eisen - MBO-diploma of gelijkwaardig technisch niveau. - In het bezit van Vapro B of Vapro C. - Enige ervaring als operator in de procesindustrie of productieomgeving. - Bereidheid om in 5 ploegen (volcontinu) te werken. - Kennis van procestechnologische processen en analytisch probleemoplossend vermogen. - Zelfstandig kunnen werken binnen een team en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor proceskwaliteit. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4000 per maand. - Vakantiedagen: 25 vakantiedagen per jaar plus 8% vakantiegeld. - Ploegentoeslag: 30% ploegentoeslag voor v.
