Wil jij als allround operator in Tilburg werken in een functie met veel afwisseling? Zoek je een baan waarin je niet de hele dag op één plek staat, maar productie, heftruckwerk en procescontrole combineert? Je werkt van maandag tot en met donderdag in 2 ploegen en op vrijdag in dagdienst, waardoor je weekend op tijd begint. Je ondersteunt het productieproces, verplaatst grondstoffen en eindproducten en krijgt de kans om steeds meer van het hele proces te leren. Je komt terecht in een klein team met korte lijnen, waar collega's samen aanpakken en je de ruimte krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Functieomschrijving: Als allround operator ondersteun je verschillende onderdelen van het productieproces en spring je bij waar dat nodig is. Je combineert productie, intern transport en controlewerk, waardoor je werk afwisselend blijft. Over het algemeen zijn dit jouw werkzaamheden: • Aanvoeren van grondstoffen met de heftruck. • Verplaatsen van eindproducten binnen de productieomgeving. • Ondersteunen van de procesoperator tijdens het productieproces. • Bewaken van het proces en signaleren van afwijkingen. • Nemen van monsters voor kwaliteitscontrole. • Verwisselen van matrijzen bij productwissels. • Uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden. • Controleren en verwerken van inkomende grondstoffen. • Schoon, veilig en overzichtelijk houden van de werkplek.

Functievereisten: Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen, maar je moet wel gewend zijn om praktisch te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen op de werkvloer. • Ervaring in een productieomgeving. • Ervaring met het veilig rijden op een heftruck. • Technisch inzicht en interesse in machines en processen. • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. • Bereidheid om van maandag tot en met donderdag in 2 ploegen te werken. • Nauwkeurige werkhouding en oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit. • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en goed functioneren binnen een klein team.
