Functie-inhoud - Je bewaakt en bedient verpakkingslijnen en grijpt direct in bij technische storingen. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op het proces en het eindproduct en rapporteert afwijkingen. - Je maakt materialen en installaties gereed en zorgt voor een efficiënte productieopstart. - Je legt productiegegevens nauwkeurig vast en deelt deze met het team. - Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en ondersteunt bij de implementatie. - Je bent technisch verantwoordelijk voor een complete verpakkingslijn, voert first-line storingsanalyse en basisonderhoud uit, stelt recepten en procesparameters in op PLC/SCADA systemen en werkt met conveyors, doseerders, verpakkingsmachines en checkweighers. Functie-eisen - MBO-4 of HBO werk- en denkniveau b.

- MBO-4 of HBO werk- en denkniveau behaald door opleiding of ervaring. - Bekend met HACCP-richtlijnen en kwaliteitsnormen. - Ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is een pré. - Goede beheersing van Nederlands in woord en geschrift en basis Engelskennis. - Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken. - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met het uitvoeren van storings- en controlewerkzaamheden. - Nauwkeurig bij rapportage en registratie van productiegegevens.
