Als Interim Allround Opzichter werk je bij verschillende woningcorporaties. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen bewoners, aannemers en de organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudsprojecten van begin tot eind soepel verlopen. Met jouw technische inzicht en praktische aanpak maak je direct impact op de leefomgeving van bewoners. Wat ga je doen? Jij houdt de regie over onderhoudswerkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, planning en klanttevredenheid hand in hand gaan. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het uitvoeren van technische inspecties, beoordelen van de staat van woningen en coördineren van dagelijks-, mutatie- en planmatig onderhoud. - Het aansturen van aannemers en onderhoudspartners, bewaken van kwaliteit, planning, veiligheid en budget en toezien op een correcte oplevering. - Het onderhouden van contact met bewoners en collega's, afhandelen van onderhoudsvragen en het signaleren van verbeterkansen om vastgoed toekomstbestendig te houden. Functie-eisen Wat breng jij mee? - Je hebt mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau en 1 tot 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring binnen de woningcorporatiesector. - Je bent bouwkundig en technisch onderlegd, werkt gestructureerd en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid. - Je communiceert gemakkelijk met bewoners, aannemers en collega's en weet belangen op een professionele manier te verbinden.
