Omschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als High Personal Assistant zijn:

  • Complexe agenda's, meetings en internationale reizen feilloos beheren.
  • Vertrouwenspersoon en eerste aanspreekpunt voor senior stakeholders.
  • Prioriteiten opvolgen en zorgen voor een efficiënte dagelijkse organisatie.
  • Presentaties, rapporten en vertrouwelijke documenten voorbereiden.
  • Proactief anticiperen op behoeften en uitdagingen.

Jouw profiel als High Executive Assistant:

  • Je spreekt vloeiend in Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • Je bent zeer proactief, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en discreet in het omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een ondersteunende rol op directie- of executive niveau. (EU-gerelateerd is een sterk pluspunt)
