De organisatie investeert in praktische opleidingen en interne doorgroeimogelijkheden zodat medewerkers hun technische vaardigheden kunnen ontwikkelen en zich kunnen specialiseren binnen de procesindustrie. Werken in dag- en nachtdiensten zorgt voor afwisseling in taken en draagt bij aan brede inzetbaarheid binnen het team. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt machines in en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit als Allround Procesoperator. - Je monitort het productieproces, signaleert afwijkingen en neemt corrigerende acties. - Je voert dagelijkse schoonmaak- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en ondersteunt bij technische storingen. - Je registreert productiegegevens en rapporteert aan de ploegleiding. - Je bedient geautomatiseerde installaties met PLC- en SCADA-systemen, stelt recepten en procesparameters in, voert eerstelijns foutanalyse uit en lost technische storingen zelfstandig op of schakelt technische dienst of ploegleiding in als dat nodig is als Allround Procesoperator. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Startend of junior niveau met 0-2 jaar ervaring in productie of procesindustrie is een pre. - Bereidheid om in dag- en nachtdienst te werken. - Basiskennis van machinebediening en procescontrole. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en samenwerken in een team. - Nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4000 per maand. - Vakantiedagen: 25 dagen per jaar. - Ploegentoeslag: aanwezig.
