Jij ontwikkelt technische vaardigheden en draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor dagelijkse procesactiviteiten en kwaliteitsborging. De locatie stimuleert opleiding en kennisdeling binnen de productieomgeving en biedt groeimogelijkheden naar specialistische of leidinggevende functies binnen de productielijn. Je voert controles uit, bedient en onderhoudt procesinstallaties en werkt volgens strikte hygiëneprotocollen om de voedselveiligheid te garanderen. De organisatie biedt duidelijke procedures en ondersteuning om veilig en efficiënt te werken in ploegendiensten. Salarisindicatie voor deze functie ligt tussen €2600 en €4000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en functie-invulling. Functie-inhoud - Je laat het productieproces van voedingsmiddelen efficiënt en veilig verlopen. - Je bedient en bewaakt procesinstallaties en voert bijstellingen uit als dat vereist is. - Je voert product- en procescontroles uit en bewaakt kwaliteitsparameters. - Je verwerkt en levert bijproducten op een correcte en veilige wijze. - Je verzorgt een nauwkeurige ploegoverdracht en werkt samen met andere leidinggevenden. - Je werkt in een food-grade omgeving met zowel eindproducten als halffabricaten, ongeveer 70% eindproducten en 30% halffabricaten. - Je bent technisch verantwoordelijk voor procesmonitoring, het instellen en afstellen van parameters, eerste-lijn storingsanalyse en het zelfstandig oplossen van eenvoudige technische storingen; bij complexere issues schakel je met de technische dienst of ploegleider. - Je werkt met PLC- en SCADA-systemen, stelt recepten en procesparame.

- MBO 3/4 werk- en denkniveau. - Aantoonbare nauwkeurigheid en netheid in uitvoering van werk. - Bereidheid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken. - Affiniteit of achtergrond in proces- of levensmiddelentechnologie is een pré. - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid kunnen nemen. - Ervaring met procescontroles en monitoren van kwaliteitsparameters is een pré. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
