The posting

Als Allround Procesoperator stuur je een klein team aan en zorg je dat de productie soepel en veilig doorloopt. Je werkt actief mee op de werkvloer, pakt storingen en procesafwijkingen aan en draagt zorg voor hygiëne volgens HACCP-richtlijnen. Je organiseert pauzeroulatie, houdt voorraden op peil en draagt nieuwe collega’s inwerkend over. In deze rol rapporteer je knelpunten aan de supervisor en optimaliseer je de bezetting en productieoutput. Je werkt fulltime in een industriële productomgeving met duidelijke procedures en verantwoordelijkheden. Met jouw technische achtergrond en coachende aanpak laat je het team presteren en houd je altijd oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie. Functie-inhoud - Je werkt actief mee op de werkvloer en zorgt dat pauzeroulaties en bezetting volgens planning verlopen. - Je stuurt een klein team aan, motiveert medewerkers en draagt nieuwe collega’s gestructureerd in. - Je bewaakt het productieproces, neemt maatregelen bij afwijkingen en overlegt met de supervisor over knelpunten. - Je houdt voorraden op orde, creëert veilige werkomstandigheden en bevordert samenwerking tussen afdelingen.

Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde technische opleiding op minimaal mbo-niveau 3, bij voorkeur in procestechniek of elektrotechniek/mechatronica. - Meerdere jaren ervaring als procesoperator of machine operator en aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring in productie. - Bekendheid met HACCP, oog voor veiligheid en hygiëne en het vermogen om collega’s te coachen. - Organisatietalent, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een praktische, oplossingsgerichte houding bij processtoringen.

Wij bieden - Een marktconform basissalaris van €3.500 tot €4.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. - 12% ploegentoeslag bij werk in twee ploegen en een fulltime, afwisselende functie binnen een internationale omgeving. - Een goed pensioen met 66% werkgeversbijdrage, plus 28 vakantiedagen om werk en privé te balanceren. - Reiskostenvergoeding bij woon-
