The posting

Als Allround Procesoperator ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces van boter. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel en efficiënt verloopt.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

- Continu bewaken van het productieproces, zowel via het systeem als op de werkvloer; - Signaleren en direct oplossen van afwijkingen en storingen; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om het eindproduct te waarborgen; - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het proces; - Samenwerken met collega’s om het productieproces soepel te laten verlopen; - Bijdragen aan een hoogwaardig eindproduct en een veilige werkomgeving.

Werktijden: Je werkt in een wisselend rooster met vroege (05:45–14:00, vrijdag tot 12:00), late (13:45–22:00, vrijdag 11:45–18:00) en incidentele nachtdiensten (1 week per 5 weken), plus enkele zaterdagen (2x per 5 weken) met doordeweeks een vrije dag. Voor ploegendiensten en werken op zaterdag ontvang je toeslagen conform de geldende cao.

- Je hebt interesse in processen en techniek; - Je hebt een mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 in procestechniek of levensmiddelentechnologie, of een VAPRO A/B/C-diploma (of je bent bereid dit te behalen); - Je werkt nauwkeurig, hygiënisch en veilig; - Je kunt snel schakelen en prioriteiten stellen.
