Wil jij werken in een productieomgeving waar duurzaamheid, techniek en teamwork centraal staan? In deze tijdelijke functie als productiemedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol binnen een innovatief recyclingproces. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat gebruikte banden worden verwerkt tot hoogwaardige grondstoffen die wereldwijd worden toegepast in uiteenlopende producten. Een afwisselende functie waarin je veel kunt leren en direct onderdeel wordt van een hecht team. Als productiemedewerker ondersteun je het dagelijkse productieproces en werk je op verschillende plekken binnen de fabriek. Hierdoor blijft je werk afwisselend en krijg je de kans om verschillende werkzaamheden onder de knie te krijgen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

Uitvoeren van schoonmaak- en opruimwerkzaamheden op de productielocatie; Aanvoeren van banden naar de shredder met behulp van een heftruck; Controleren van banden op aanwezige metalen onderdelen; Ondersteunen van operators bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden; Bijdragen aan een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkomgeving; Signaleren van bijzonderheden en deze doorgeven aan collega's of leidinggevenden. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar dagelijks wordt gewerkt aan het hergebruik van materialen en het verminderen van afvalstromen. Samen met een vast team van collega's zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt. De werksfeer is informeel, collegiaal en gericht op samenwerking. Je krijgt een goede begeleiding en leert de werkzaamheden stap voor stap in de praktijk Een bruto maandsalaris van 3.124,64 inclusief 18 procent ploegentoeslag; Werken in een 3-ploegendienst; Reiskostenvergoeding; Een uitgebreid inwerktraject en training op de werkvloer; Een hecht team van directe collega's;
