Allround productiemedewerker 32 - 40 uur per week Tussen €2.700 en €3.500 Per maand Beschrijving Wat je gaat doen Je begint de dag met een technische tekening en een nieuwe opdracht. Geen honderden dezelfde producten achter elkaar, maar maatwerk waarbij jouw technische inzicht en vakmanschap belangrijk zijn. Als allround productiemedewerker maak en bewerk je specialistische producten van hout en karton. Aan de hand van technische tekeningen bepaal je wat er moet gebeuren en ga je zelfstandig aan de slag met verschillende machines en handgereedschappen. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige productieproces. Je bewerkt materialen, monteert onderdelen en controleert uiteindelijk of het product aan alle eisen voldoet. Zie je dat iets slimmer of efficiënter kan? Dan wordt jouw inbreng gewaardeerd. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Produceren, bewerken en monteren van houten en kartonnen maatwerkproducten; - Lezen en toepassen van technische tekeningen; - Werken met verschillende machines en handgereedschappen; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en controleren van het eindproduct; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen. Je werkt van maandag tot en met donderdag van 07.30 tot 16.45 uur. Op vrijdag werk je van 07.30 tot 12.15 uur. Terwijl anderen nog een halve werkdag voor de boeg hebben, begint jouw weekend dus al. Wat we je bieden Naast afwisselend technisch werk krijg je arbeidsvoorwaarden die goed aansluiten bij jouw ervaring en verantwoordelijkheid. Je kunt rekenen op: - Een bruto maandsalaris tot €3.500 op basis van een 40 urige werkweek; - 32 vakantiedagen en 7 roostervrije dagen; - 8% vakantiegeld en reiskostenvergoeding; - Elke vrijdag vanaf 12:15 uur weekend; - De keuze om jouw salaris wekelijks of iedere 4 weken te ontvangen; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
