Ze combineren traditie met innovatie en leveren hun producten al honderden jaren. De sfeer is nuchter en je werkt in een productieomgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat. Als allround productiemedewerker werk je samen met collega's aan het verpakken van koekjes en lekkernijen. Je zorgt voor kwaliteit en houdt de werkplek netjes. Werk je graag in ploegendienst en houd je van afwisseling, dan is dit jouw kans. Over de functie Als allround productiemedewerker ben jij onmisbaar op de productievloer. Je pakt samen met je collega's koekjes en andere lekkernijen in, zowel met de hand als met machines. Je voert regelmatig kwaliteitscontroles uit om te zorgen dat alles aan de hoge eisen voldoet. Het tempo ligt hoog, waardoor je lekker door kunt werken. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de werkplek schoon en netjes blijft. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst en bij drukte kan dit tijdelijk veranderen naar een 3-ploegenrooster. Je dag begint of vroeg in de ochtend, of later op de middag, afhankelijk van de dienst. Zo blijft je werkweek afwisselend en heb je veel contact met je collega's.
