Van Duin zoeken we een ervaren Allround Projectleider die overzicht houdt, vooruitdenkt en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je werkt aan hoogwaardige nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten, waaronder luxe villa's in de Bollenstreek en Randstad. Jouw rol Als Projectleider Bouw ben je betrokken bij het complete bouwproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch en organisatorisch goed voorbereid zijn en bewaakt tijdens de uitvoering de planning, kwaliteit, het budget en de voortgang. Je schakelt rechtstreeks met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega's op de bouwplaats. Dankzij jouw ervaring zie je knelpunten aankomen, stuur je op tijd bij en zorg je ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met calculaties, het beoordelen van tekeningen en de technische voorbereiding van projecten. Wie we zoeken - Je hebt ervaring binnen de bouw en kunt zelfstandig projecten begeleiden - Je hebt Hbo Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau - Je hebt ervaring met calculatie, werkvoorbereiding en projectbegeleiding - Ervaring met IBIS-TRAD en AutoCAD is een pré - Je bent technisch sterk en houdt overzicht - Je communiceert makkelijk met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega's - Je denkt vooruit, neemt initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het eindresultaat
