Werken bij de Hogeschool van Amsterdam De Hogeschool van Amsterdam is gestart met de implementatie van een nieuw Roosterinformatiesysteem (RIS). Dit systeem vervangt het huidige roosterplatform en zal een belangrijke rol spelen in het onderwijsproces. Je komt terecht in een veelzijdig projectteam dat werkt aan de implementatie van het nieuwe systeem. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider van de HvA, externe projectleiders van de leverancier en vertegenwoordigers van faculteiten en diensten. Daarnaast heb je veel contact met roosteraars en onderwijscoördinatoren bij de ingebruikname van het systeem. Binnen het team heerst een open en collegiale sfeer, goede begeleiding en een resultaatgerichte aanpak. Er wordt snel geschakeld en doorgepakt. Wat ga je doen als Allround Projectmedewerker? Als werkstudent ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen het projectteam. Je werkt nauw samen met zowel interne als externe projectleiders en ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en de kans om ervaring op te doen met projectmanagement, systeemimplementatie, communicatie en training. Wat ga je doen: - Het aanpassen en verbeteren van handleidingen en werkinstructies; - Het ontwikkelen, organiseren en geven van gebruikerstrainingen; - Het plannen en coördineren van afspraken en het bewaken van actiepunten; - Het opstellen en verspreiden van projectcommunicatie; - Het ondersteunen bij testwerkzaamheden, waaronder gebruikersacceptatietesten (GAT);...
