Als Allround Receptie Assistent ondersteun je de Front Office door gasten te verwelkomen, te helpen met bagage en informatie te geven over het hotel en de omgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat de receptie en openbare ruimtes netjes en georganiseerd blijven, helpt bij in- en uitchecken en ondersteunt andere afdelingen wanneer nodig. De functie biedt veel variatie en dagelijks contact met verschillende afdelingen, waardoor elke dag weer een nieuwe uitdaging is.Dagelijkse werkzaamheden • Gastenservice: ontvangen van gasten en begeleiden naar de kamer; assisteren bij check‑in en check‑out. • Bagage en VIP‑service: zorg dragen voor bagage (ontvangst, opslag en uitgifte) en het verzorgen van VIP‑arrangementen. • Openbare ruimtes & buiten: zorgen voor nette openbare ruimtes, inclusief bar, restaurant, vergaderzalen, gangen, liften en trappenhuizen, evenals inspectie en schoonhouden van de stoep en gevel. • Veiligheid: uitvoeren van een veiligheidscontrole ronde.Teamwerk en samenwerking In de rol van Allround Receptie Assistent – Bagagist werk je nauw samen met collega's van Front Office en Housekeeping. Door goede afstemming zorgen jullie gezamenlijk voor een soepele aankomst en vertrek van onze gasten en bieden jullie ondersteuning waar nodig, onder andere bij bagage en serviceverzoeken.Daarnaast werk je samen met andere afdelingen binnen het hotel om de kwaliteit, service en uitstraling van het hotel te waarborgen en de verwachtingen van onze gasten te overtreffen.
