Voor die tweede groep zoeken wij bij YouVi een enthousiaste versterking.

Voor een groeiend bedrijf in Genk zijn we op zoek naar een receptionist(e) / allround administratief medewerker die veel meer wil zijn dan alleen het gezicht aan het onthaal. Iemand die energie haalt uit afwisseling, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en ervoor zorgt dat alles achter de schermen netjes georganiseerd blijft.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze functie ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten, bezoekers en collega’s. Je zorgt voor een warme ontvangst, een professionele communicatie en een vlotte administratieve opvolging.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Bezoekers vriendelijk ontvangen en verder helpen
  • Telefoons en e-mails professioneel beantwoorden
  • Klanten fysiek en telefonisch te woord staan
  • Inkomende orders verwerken en opvolgen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan het salesteam
  • Zorgen dat dossiers, documenten en afspraken correct worden opgevolgd
  • Meedenken en initiatief nemen waar nodig
  • Mee orde en structuur brengen in de dagelijkse werking

Kortom: jij bent iemand die ziet wat er moet gebeuren en spontaan de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
