Bij Colorian draait alles om méér dan mooi haar. Ik creër een plek waar persoonlijke aandacht, hoogwaardige behandelingen en een ontspannen, luxueuze salonbeleving samenkomen.

Om die ervaring voor iedere klant te blijven garanderen, zoek ik een enthousiaste, zelfstandige en veelzijdige Allround Salon & Hospitality Assistant.

Iemand die niet wacht tot er gevraagd wordt wat er moet gebeuren, maar zelf initiatief neemt. Die energie krijgt van organiseren, oog heeft voor detail en ervoor zorgt dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt.

Jouw rol binnen Colorian

Als mijn allround salonassistent ben jij een onmisbare schakel in de dagelijkse werking van het salon. Je ondersteunt zowel op de salonvloer als achter de schermen en zorgt ervoor dat de klanten van begin tot eind een bijzondere ervaring beleven.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin hospitality, organisatie, administratie en creatieve ondersteuning samenkomen.

Wat ga je doen?

1. Hospitality & klantbeleving

Jij bent mee het gezicht van Colorian en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich welkom voelt.

  • Klanten hartelijk ontvangen en begeleiden.
  • Koffie, thee en andere drankjes verzorgen.
  • De ontvangstruimte en het salon netjes houden.
  • Klanten ondersteunen bij praktische vragen en afspraken.
  • De hoogwaardige Colorian-beleving mee bewaken.

2. Salonorganisatie & ondersteuning

Dankzij jou kan ik me volledig concentreren op de behandelingen.

  • Werkposten na iedere klant reinigen en opnieuw voorbereiden.
  • Kleurpotjes en materialen reinigen en opruimen.
  • Handdoeken wassen, drogen en opvouwen.
  • Wasruimte, behandelruimtes en koffiehoek verzorgen.
  • Producten aanvullen en de voorraad overzichtelijk houden.
  • Zien waar ondersteuning nodig is en spontaan bijspringen.

3. Administratie, voorraad & webshop

Je brengt structuur in de dagelijkse organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat niets blijft liggen.

  • Leveringen ontvangen, controleren en uitpakken.
  • Voorraad opvolgen en bestellingen voorbereiden.
  • Webshopbestellingen zorgvuldig verpakken en verzenden.
  • Eenvoudige administratieve taken uitvoeren.
  • E-mails en klantvragen helpen opvolgen.
  • De agenda en dagelijkse planning ondersteunen.

4. Social media & marketing (optioneel)

Heb je daarnaast ook nog een creatieve kant?

Dan krijg je de kans om ook achter de schermen aan onze zichtbaarheid mee te werken.

  • Spontane beelden en video's maken van het salon en onze producten.
  • Instagram Stories voorbereiden.
  • Helpen met het inplannen van socialmediacontent.
  • Nieuwsbrieven opmaken en voorbereiden.
  • Ondersteunen bij acties, productlanceringen en evenementen.

Ervaring met Canva, Instagram of e-mailmarketing is een pluspunt.

  • Je kunt vlot schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden.
  • Je bent discreet en gaat professioneel om met klanten en vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met beauty, wellness, haarverzorging of luxe dienstverlening.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van je werk.
  • Ben je daarnaast ook nog handig met e-mailprogramma's, webshops, social media... Dan mag je hierin ook ondersteunen.

Ervaring in hospitality, administratie, retail of de kapperssector is mooi meegenomen.
