Je weet hoe je een ondergrond goed voorbereidt en zorgt ervoor dat het eindresultaat netjes en duurzaam wordt opgeleverd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van binnen- en buitenschilderwerk; - Schuren, plamuren, gronden en aflakken; - Schilderen van kozijnen, deuren, gevels en wanden; - Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en renovatieschilderwerk; - Uitvoeren van klein houtrotherstel en andere herstelwerkzaamheden; - Kitwerk en het netjes voorbereiden van verschillende ondergronden; - Werken met verschillende verfsoorten, materialen en verfsystemen; - Zelfstandig plannen, uitvoeren en netjes opleveren van werkzaamheden. Door jouw brede ervaring kun je op verschillende projecten goed uit de voeten. Je ziet zelf wat er moet gebeuren, denkt mee op de klus en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk. Wat wij bieden Jouw ervaring en vakmanschap verdienen goede arbeidsvoorwaarden. Daarom kun je rekenen op: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.460 en € 4.360, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en vakbekwaamheid; - Pensioenopbouw via BPF Schilders; - 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband; - 8% vakantiegeld bovenop je salaris; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband wanneer jij en de opdrachtgever goed bij elkaar passen; - Afwisselende projecten in de regio Appelscha; - Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen met opleidingen, trainingen en vakgerichte cursussen.
