Als Allround Schilder in Zwolle werk je aan onderhoud, renovatie en nieuwbouw. Je krijgt veel afwisseling, ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en een salaris van €2.600 tot €3.250 bruto per maand. Omschrijving Als Allround Schilder in Zwolle werk je op verschillende locaties aan woningen, bedrijfspanden en ander vastgoed. Geen project is hetzelfde. Je verzorgt binnen- en buitenschilderwerk en werkt zelfstandig of samen met ervaren collega's. Daarbij krijg je verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werkzaamheden en lever je werk af waar je als vakmens achter staat. Een goede voorbereiding vormt de basis van jouw werk. Je controleert en behandelt de ondergrond voordat je gaat schilderen. Denk aan reinigen, schuren, plamuren en gronden. Vervolgens breng je verf- en laklagen zorgvuldig aan. Je gebruikt daarbij verschillende technieken, afhankelijk van het project en de ondergrond. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - voorbereiden, reinigen, schuren en behandelen van verschillende ondergronden; - uitvoeren van binnen- en buitenschilderwerk; - aanbrengen van verf-, lak- en grondlagen; - werken aan onderhouds-, renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten; - controleren van je eigen werk en zorgen voor een verzorgd eindresultaat. De variatie tussen projecten maakt deze baan interessant voor schilders die graag verschillende werkzaamheden uitvoeren. Bovendien krijg je mogelijkheden om opleidingen en trainingen te volgen. Zo kun je jouw vakkennis uitbreiden en jezelf verder ontwikkelen. Zowel junior, medior als senior schilders zijn welkom.
