Als Allround Servicecoördinator zorg jij op kantoor dat klanten en dakdekkers goed op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Je pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op en krijgt de ruimte om het vak te leren. Je werkt op de afdeling service en onderhoud. Hier zorg je ervoor dat werkzaamheden goed worden voorbereid en afgestemd. Je schakelt met klanten, collega's en de dakdekkers die op pad zijn. Je bent iemand die werk ziet liggen en ermee aan de slag gaat. Ervaring in de dakdekking is niet nodig. Het bedrijf zoekt juist iemand die zich wil ontwikkelen en opleiden. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Materialen bestellen; - Werkzaamheden plannen en regelen; - Contact onderhouden en afstemmen met klanten; - Schakelen met de dakdekkers die op pad zijn. Over de werkgever Je gaat aan de slag bij een dakdekkersbedrijf. Op de afdeling werk je samen met vijf collega's, waaronder een planner, administratief medewerker, teamleider en medewerker technisch onderhoud. Daarnaast zijn er tien dakdekkers die op locatie werken. Binnen het bedrijf krijg je de mogelijkheid om werkzaamheden steeds meer zelfstandig op te pakken. Je wordt opgeleid en begeleid, zodat je jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen. Wat vragen wij: - Je kunt goed communiceren, plannen en regelen; - Je enige werkervaring in een facilitaire richting; - Je neemt initiatief en pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op. Wat bieden wij: - Een salaris van €2500 tot €3500 per maand; - Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur, waarbij de uren bespreekbaar zijn; - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao BIKUDAK; - 30 vrije dagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, bestaande uit 25 vakantiedagen en 5 ATV dagen; - Elke dag een verzorgde lunch en fruit.
