Jij neemt op. Jij pakt op. Ook als het half twaalf 's nachts is. Een liftopsluiting in een ziekenhuis. Een beveiligingsdeur die uitvalt bij een winkelketen. Een kapotte cv-ketel midden in januari. Mensen zitten vast, bedrijven liggen stil, en jij bent degene die de boel weer in beweging krijgt. Niet zelf de moersleutel vasthouden, maar wel de juiste persoon op het juiste moment inschakelen. Dat is wat jij doet als Allround Servicedesk Medewerker bij Unica in Zwolle . Unica is een van de grootste technische dienstverleners van Nederland. Van liften tot koelinstallaties, van beveiligingssystemen tot klimaatbeheersing. Wanneer het misgaat, staat jij aan de andere kant van de lijn. Wat ga je doen? Overdag werk je samen met collega's in een druk maar gezellig team. Je neemt storingen aan, vraagt goed door en zorgt dat de melding bij de juiste monteur of planner terechtkomt. In de late avond en nacht switch je naar een andere versnelling. Dan ben je front- en backoffice én planner in één. Je beoordeelt de urgentie, bestelt eventueel onderdelen en plant de monteur zelf in. Je werkt dan vanuit huis, met laptop en thuiswerkfaciliteiten van Unica. Geen dag is gelijk. Geen uur ook niet. Je rooster De Servicedesk is 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week bereikbaar. Je werkt in een 5-ploegenrooster en krijgt je schema een maand van tevoren. Zo weet je precies waar je aan toe bent en kun je werk en privé goed op elkaar afstemmen.
