Voor een groeiende winkel gespecialiseerd in vloeren zijn we op zoek naar een allround showroommedewerker te Zulte.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Een functie voor iemand die energie krijgt van klantencontact, commercieel advies én praktische taken. In deze rol combineer je verkoop en administratie met magazijntaken. Je begeleidt zowel particuliere klanten als zelfstandigen bij de keuze van hun vloer en zorgt ervoor dat hun bestelling correct wordt opgevolgd.

Wat zal je doen in deze veelzijdige job?

  • Klanten ontvangen in de showroom en hen professioneel adviseren over vloeren en bijhorende producten
  • De behoeften, wensen en het budget van de klant in kaart brengen
  • Zowel particuliere klanten als zelfstandigen verderhelpen
  • Offertes en bestellingen opmaken, registreren en opvolgen van aanvraag tot facturatie en betaling
  • Telefonische en schriftelijke klantencontacten behandelen
  • Commerciële en technische informatie over producten, prijzen, beschikbaarheid en leveringstermijnen bezorgen
  • Bestellingen en orders voorbereiden voor transport
  • Goederen ontvangen, controleren en correct stockeren
  • De showroom aanvullen, ordelijk en aantrekkelijk houden
  • Nieuwe producten op de webshop plaatsen en content ondersteunen, onder andere door foto's te nemen
  • Klanten helpen bij het inladen van hun bestelling, manueel of met de heftruck
  • Samen met de collega's zorgen voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking en tevreden klanten
  • Actief meewerken aan de verdere groei van de onderneming

Tijdens de voormiddag ligt de focus op de voorbereiding: bestellingen klaarzetten, administratie, mails, goederenontvangst en het op orde houden van de showroom. Vanaf de opening van de outlet verschuift de aandacht naar klantenadvies, verkoop en orderopvolging.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring in de verkoop, interieur, bouw, logistiek of e-commerce is mooi meegenomen
  • Productkennis is geen vereiste: dankzij een interne opleiding leer je de producten en werking snel kennen
  • Een commerciële en klantgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands. Een goede basiskennis Frans en de durf om Frans te spreken zijn belangrijk, aangezien ongeveer de helft van het cliënteel Franstalig is
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit: naast klanten adviseren, steek je ook graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk in de opvolging van offertes, bestellingen en administratie
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook graag deel uitmaken van een hecht team
  • Initiatief nemen en werk zien
  • Bereidheid om nieuwe producten, systemen en processen aan te leren
  • Fysiek in staat om goederen te verplaatsen en klanten te helpen bij het inladen
  • Heftruckervaring of een geldig attest is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
  • Bereidheid om op zaterdag te werken
