Ben je graag actief bezig en werk je graag in de havenomgeving? Als vrachtwagenbelader zorg je mee voor het laden, lossen en reinigen van silo's.

Wij bieden

  • Brutoloon van €18,80 per uur aangevuld met een 3-ploegenpremie.
  • Extra dagpremie van €5 bruto.
  • Weekendwerk volgens een beurtrolsysteem waar je enkel de vroege shift moet werken.
  • Maaltijdcheques van €10 per gewerkte dag.
  • Groepsverzekering en hospitalisatieverzekering, ook voor je partner.
  • Jaarlijkse brutopremie van ongeveer €1.300 en een KPI-premie.
  • Fietslease mogelijk en interessante weekendvergoedingen tot 150% op zaterdag en 200% op zondag.

Wij vragen

  • Je kan veilig werken op hoogte en in silo's afdalen voor reinigingswerken. Hierdoor kan je geen hoogtevrees hebben.
  • Je hebt voldoende rijvaardigheid om met werkmaterieel te werken.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 3-ploegensysteem waarbij je sporadisch in het weekend werkt volgens een beurtrolsysteem.
  • Je bent flexibel voor sporadische inzet op andere sites (1x per jaar).
  • Je kan zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken.
  • Je bent bereid om alcohol- en drugstesten te ondergaan en een ISPS-screening te doorlopen.

Het bedrijf

Je gaat aan de slag bij een toonaangevende speler in de op- en overslag van granen en derivaten, actief binnen het internationale graanverkeer. De organisatie beschikt over drie strategisch gelegen sites in de haven van Gent en staat bekend om haar focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking.
