Ben jij een gedreven System Engineer met een passie voor netwerkinfrastructuur en IT-security? Bij Randstad Digital zoeken we een enthousiaste System Engineer om de IT-omgeving van onze klant verder te professionaliseren. In deze uitdagende rol ben je de spilfiguur voor de netwerk- en beveiligingsarchitectuur. Je werkt aan innovatieve IT-projecten, voert upgrades uit en zorgt voor een stabiele, veilige en toekomstbestendige infrastructuur.

jouw taken

  • Beheren, optimaliseren en onderhouden van het volledige netwerk- en securitylandschap.
  • Voorbereiden, testen, valideren en implementeren van systeemwijzigingen en upgrades.
  • Toepassen van de "security-in-mind" aanpak bij de ontwikkeling, bouw en installatie van systemen.
  • Verlenen van 2nd line support en ondersteuning bieden aan IT-collega’s en eindgebruikers over verschillende domeinen heen.
  • Actief deelnemen aan uitdagende IT-projecten om de IT-standaarden en systemen te optimaliseren.
  • Samen met de Teamlead uitwerken van verbetertrajecten binnen diverse IT-domeinen.
  • Zorgen voor een accurate en nauwkeurige documentatie van systemen en proceswijzigingen.

jouw profiel

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een IT/technische richting, of gelijkwaardig door enkele jaren ervaring als System Engineer.
  • Technische Kennis: Gedegen ervaring met Windows Server systems, virtualisatie, network appliances, firewalls, back-up en monitoring tools.
  • Scripting & Cloud: Goede kennis van PowerShell en/of Python. Ervaring met cloudomgevingen zoals Azure en Microsoft 365.
  • Extra troeven: Kennis van SQL en/of Linux is een duidelijke plus.
  • Talen: Vlot in het Nederlands en Engels (kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt).
  • Competenties: Professionele mindset, proactief, analytisch en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en zelfstandig te werken binnen een team.
