Für die Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt im Rahmen einer Teilzeitbeschäftigung (20 - 30 Stunden) ein 1 Allround-Talent für Team-Support, Social Media & Administration (m/w/d) Ihre vielseitigen Aufgaben bei uns:

* Zentrale Drehscheibe: Sie unterstützen das gesamte Team tatkräftig und flexibel in allen organisatorischen sowie administrativen Belangen im Alltag.

* Kreativer Kopf: Sie wirken bei der Betreuung und Gestaltung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle mit und bringen frische Ideen ein.

* Digitaler Mitgestalter: Sie unterstützen uns aktiv bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse und Abläufe.

* Zahlen-Affinität: Sie übernehmen Teile der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung und sorgen für die verlässliche Eingabe von Rechnungen in unser Buchhaltungssystem BMD.

* Schnittstelle nach außen: Sie sind die professionelle Stimme und das freundliche Gesicht für unsere Kunden und Geschäftspartner.

Damit begeistern Sie uns:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau, idealerweise mit kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in allen gängigen Office-Anwendungen, Erfahrung in BMD von Vorteil

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Starke Team- und Serviceorientierung

* Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten

* Rasche Auffassungsgabe, Engagement und Verlässlichkeit
