Als Technieker Vakantiedomein in De Haan ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de reparaties aan elektriciteit, sanitair en huishoudelijke apparaten in vakantiehuisjes. Samen met een gedreven team van techniekers zorg je ervoor dat gasten een onbezorgd verblijf hebben. Met een aantrekkelijk loon van €16 - €19 per uur en heel wat extralegale voordelen. De functie inhoud Als Technieker in De Haan bestaat jouw takenpakket uit gevarieerde en technische verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan vakantiehuisjes, zoals elektrische installaties, sanitair, en huishoudelijke apparaten
  • Behandelen van inkomende onderhoudsaanvragen, ontvangen via de receptie of telefonisch, en zorgen voor een snelle opvolging
  • Samenwerken met collega-techniekers om taken efficiënt te verdelen en tijdig uit te voeren
  • Bij technische storingen direct hands-on ingrijpen om problemen op te lossen, zodat gasten optimaal kunnen genieten van hun verblijf
  • Structureel bijdragen aan de efficiëntie en kwaliteit van het onderhoudsteam

Samen met een team van 7 techniekers ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van het vakantiedomein in De Haan. Het bedrijf biedt een financieel stabiele en duurzame werkomgeving waar techniek centraal staat en waar jouw kennis echt het verschil maakt. Als Technieker regio De Haan beschik je over de volgende kwaliteiten:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan vakantiehuisjes, met een focus op elektrische installaties, sanitair systeem en huishoudelijke apparatuur
  • Storingen en defecten worden snel en doeltreffend opgelost dankzij jouw technische expertise
  • Binnenkomende onderhoudsverzoeken, afkomstig van de receptie of het meldsysteem, behandel je zorgvuldig
  • Preventieve inspecties voer je regelmatig uit om slijtage en storingen tijdig te detecteren
  • Met jouw kennis van elektrische schakelkasten, waterleidingsystemen en HVAC-installaties lever je technisch hoogstaand werk
