Wil jij je technische kennis inzetten in een organisatie die maatschappelijk het verschil maakt? Bij Wase Werkplaats help je mee om duurzame werkgelegenheid te creëren voor mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Vanuit onze vestigingen in Temse, Zele, Zelzate en Beveren ondersteunen we dagelijks meer dan 650 medewerkers.

Wat ga je doen?

Als allround technieker zorg je voor het onderhoud en de verbetering van onze gebouwen, machines en terreinen. Je vaste werkplaats is Beveren, maar je ondersteunt ook onze andere locaties.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd:

  • Je spoort storingen en schade op en voert onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan productie-, groen- en andere arbeidsmachines.
  • Je volgt voertuigen en aanhangwagens technisch op.
  • Je stelt machines en installaties correct af en voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit.
  • Je voert herstellingen uit aan de infrastructuur van onze verschillende sites.
  • Je registreert je werkzaamheden in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem.
  • Je signaleert verbeterkansen en werkt mee aan technische verbeteringsprojecten.
  • Je ondersteunt medewerkers in de productie en communiceert duidelijk over je werkzaamheden.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende kwaliteits-, veiligheids-, milieu- en hygiënenormen
  • Je hebt ervaring in een technische functie en een brede praktische kennis van onderhoud en herstellingen. (Kennis van verbrandings-en elektromotoren is een plus)
  • Je bent zelfstandig, flexibel en oplossingsgericht, maar werkt ook graag samen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en hecht veel belang aan veilig werken.
  • Je hebt voeling met personen met een beperking en kansengroepen.
  • Je kan vlot werken met Microsoft-toepassingen.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B. Een rijbewijs BE of C is een extra troef.
