Wij zijn op zoek naar een Allround Testtechnicus QC die verantwoordelijk is voor het voorbereiden, uitvoeren en coördineren van testwerkzaamheden aan hoogwaardige kabelproducten. In deze rol draag je bij aan de veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van essentiële infrastructuren. Je werkt binnen een dynamische productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan. Je wordt vanaf het begin ingewerkt door ervaren test supervisors en je zult veel on the job gaan leren! Functieomschrijving Als Allround Testtechnicus QC ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het uitvoeren van elektrische en mechanische tests op kabelproducten. - Het voorbereiden van testopstellingen en het nemen van monsters. - Het interpreteren van testresultaten en signaleren van afwijkingen. - Het registreren en rapporteren van meetgegevens. - Het instrueren en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers en stagiaires. - Het organiseren en plannen van testwerkzaamheden binnen gestelde kaders. - Het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen. - Het meewerken aan continue verbetering van processen en werkwijzen. - Voorbereiden, monteren, testen en meten van kabelproducten volgens vastgestelde procedures en normen. - Uitvoeren van metingen en spanningstesten aan laag-, midden- en hoogspanningskabels. - Registreren, analyseren en rapporteren van testresultaten en afwijkingen. - Plannen en organiseren van de eigen werkzaamheden en die van testvoorbereiders. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en initiëren van verbeteracties binnen het testproces. - Instrueren en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers en stagiaires. - Toezien op een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving, conform de geldende richtlijnen en veiligheidsvo...
