De afdeling Theatertechniek van ITA is een groot, professioneel en zeer ervaren team van technische specialisten en uitvoerders. We werken zowel aan onze eigen producties als voor gezelschappen die spelen in de Amsterdamse Stadsschouwburg. Als Allround Theatertechnicus / Trekkenwandoperator bereid je voorstellingen voor op het gebied van rigging, hijstechniek en changementen. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in zowel de artistieke uitvoering als de veiligheid op het toneel. Je beoordeelt de kapindeling en bedenkt oplossingen voor soms complexe bewegingen van de trekkenwand. Je werkt mee aan de bouw en montage van onze eigen voorstellingen en aan de bouw van voorstellingen van bezoekende gezelschappen. Wanneer zich een storing voordoet, blijf je kalm en houd je de communicatie helder. Je bent in staat om snel en doordacht oplossingen te vinden. Daarnaast signaleer en rapporteer je problemen met de trekkenwandinstallatie en/of de besturingssoftware. Naast je werkzaamheden als operator werk je mee aan de opbouw in de theaterzalen, studio's en foyers. Ook ondersteun je collega's van andere disciplines die op het toneel samenkomen, zoals licht, geluid en video. Wat breng je mee?
