Dan hebben wij dé kans voor jou. Als Allround Timmerman bij Portaal ben jij het gezicht van ons team in Leiden en omgeving. Je gaat zelfstandig op pad om service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit te voeren in de woningen van onze bewoners. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend: je hangt deuren af, vervangt sloten, repareert kozijnen of ramen en pakt kleine timmerwerkzaamheden op. Je werkt met vaste uren , beschikt over een eigen bus en krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken. Je hebt veel contact met bewoners. Je communiceert duidelijk, legt uit wat je gaat doen en zorgt dat het werk netjes wordt uitgevoerd en de woning opgeruimd wordt achtergelaten. Daarnaast houd je onze planners op de hoogte van de voortgang. Wat kan jij? - Je hebt minimaal een opleiding voor MBO Timmerman niveau 2; - Je hebt ervaring als timmerman; - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en je bent vriendelijk en duidelijk naar bewoners ; - Je hebt een rijbewijs en woont in regio Leiden; - Je bent flexibel en draait af en toe een storingsdienst; - Je hebt humor. Slechte mag ook. Wat bieden wij jou? - Een jaarcontract voor 32-36 uur per week, met intentie tot vast dienstverband; - Een salaris tussen € 3.156,- en € 3.855,- bruto per maand (bij 36 uur), volgens de CAO Woondiensten; - 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 4%; - Een eigen bus waarmee je van huis naar je werk rijdt; - Vergoedingen voor gereedschap, lunch en storingsdiensten; - Een opleidingsbudget en een vitaliteitsbudget (wat je bijvoorbeeld kan gebruiken voor sportschool); - Een goede pensioe...
