Als allround timmerman bij onze opdrachtgever ben je verantwoordelijk voor uiteenlopende werkzaamheden aan woningen. Het grootste deel van je werk bestaat uit mutatieonderhoud, waarbij je huizen en appartementen klaarmaakt voor nieuwe bewoners door bijvoorbeeld dakramen te vervangen, keukens aan te pakken of kozijnen te herstellen. Daarnaast voer je ook dagelijks onderhoud uit: dit zijn kleinere reparaties zoals het vervangen van kranen of het herstellen van vloeren. Jouw inzet zorgt ervoor dat woningen er netjes en functioneel bij staan. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband, waarin een goede planning en samenwerking belangrijk zijn. Je bent het visitekaartje van het bedrijf bij bewoners thuis: je voert je taken zorgvuldig uit én hebt een klantvriendelijke houding. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Aantoonbare ervaring als timmerman binnen (renovatie) onderhoud; - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de richting van bouw of timmerwerk is een pré; - Oplossingsgericht en in staat om zelfstandig werkzaamheden uit te voeren; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling; - In bezit van rijbewijs B Functieoverzicht .
